Six sessions. Seven professionals. One question: what does your expertise become when AI removes the ceiling?
The AI Collaborative was not a training course. It was a working group. Over six fortnightly sessions, seven senior professionals used AI to examine, stress-test and redesign their career positioning — in real time, with their real context, building tools they could keep using long after the programme ended.
Every session added a layer. By the end, each person had a Claude Project that knows who they are, an Opportunity Map that shows where AI gives them the most leverage, and a 24-Month Challenge plan designed around their specific expertise and relationships.
Setting up Claude Projects. Understanding what AI can actually do for senior professionals. Building the foundation for everything that followed.
Identifying what each person can deliver that no one else can. The ARC Self-Assessment. Getting clear on the C before amplifying the A.
Mapping the relationships that matter. Using AI to maintain and deepen them at scale. Understanding that the network is the leverage.
Putting AI to work on the tasks that matter most. Demos, delegation, and discovering what an hour of AI output looks like in practice.
Identifying the highest-value AI opportunities in each person's specific context. The Delegation Test. Prioritising where to focus first.
Designing three income engines from existing expertise. Building the first offer. Public commitment to what comes next.
The three dimensions every senior professional needs to develop deliberately in an AI-enabled world.
Using AI to multiply your output and extend your reach — without multiplying your hours.
Who knows what you can do, and who needs to. The relationships AI cannot replace — only help you maintain.
What you alone can deliver, to a specific person, that they cannot get from anyone else. The foundation everything else rests on.
Every member of Cohort 1 left Session 6 with a portfolio design built around three independent income engines — each one derived from their existing expertise and relationships, with AI as the leverage layer across all three.
Sell your judgement first. The fastest path from expertise to income. Test it in 30 days.
Turn delivery into an asset. Package your methodology so it earns beyond your own hours.
Build repeat revenue. The income that arrives whether you show up or not.
Personal gross earnings target by end of Year 2 · ~£300k portfolio revenue · Three independent engines
Open your Claude Project and run these whenever you need them. They work better the more context you have built in.
"Based on everything you know about me, help me design my first income offer — the one I would test in the next 30 days. It must come directly from my existing expertise and relationships, with no starting from zero. My Cash engine idea is: [WRITE IT HERE]. Give me: (1) the specific offer I would put in front of a buyer, (2) who I would approach first and exactly why, (3) what I would say to them in the first message, and (4) what a success in 30 days looks like. Make it specific to me."
"Looking at my priorities this week, which tasks should I delegate to AI, and which should I keep for myself? Use my Opportunity Map and what you know about my positioning to prioritise. Give me three specific tasks to delegate and the exact approach for each."
"Based on my Core Value Proposition and the opportunity I am pursuing right now, who in my network would be the best three people to contact this week? For each one, tell me why, what I would say, and what I want from the conversation."
"Do a quick ARC check-in for me. Based on everything in this project: where am I strongest right now — AI Amplification, Relationships, or Core Value Proposition? Where is the gap that would have the most impact if I closed it? What is one specific action this week?"
Seven senior professionals. One shared commitment. This is where it started.
The group stays. Keep sharing in WhatsApp — what you test, what lands, what surprises you. One message about a real conversation with a real buyer is worth more than any session.
What shifted, what you will actually do, and what you would change. It shapes what Cohort 2 looks like.
